Over-the-counter foreign exchange margin trading does not guarantee investment principal or profits.
Because it is possible to trade amounts larger than the amount of margin deposited by the customer, there is a risk of losses exceeding the amount of margin deposited depending on fluctuations in the price of currencies or the values of financial indicators.
Furthermore, depending on the currency being traded, swap points (interest rate differential adjustments) will be received or paid. The prices for each currency offered by our company have a difference (spread) between the Bid (selling price) and Ask (buying price).
The spread may widen due to sudden changes in market conditions, etc., so the trade may be executed at a less favorable price than the time of order placement.
Also, the trade may not be executed due to reasons such as a decrease in market liquidity. Foreign currency deposits are marked to market and recalculated at the New York closing rate each business day. There are no transaction fees.
